The Strips will continue to crisp as they cool.

I Love Chorizo Sausage Strips! Johnsonville chorizo sausage strips! What a good idea, the best of chorizo sausage in a convenient strip like bacon. Perfect for making breakfast sandwiches. The chorizo flavor is spicy but not overwhelming. The thickness of the strip is perfect, and not too thin. Being in a strip gives chorizo a lot more options for sandwiches, breakfast tacos etc. You could make chorizo wrapped appetizers too. Very good, I was quite pleased with this.

Johnsonville Sausage Strips Original
Great Alternative to Bacon! These sausage strips were really good! I baked them in the oven while I was making eggs and hash browns and they got crisp without burning or getting hard. They taste like regular breakfast sausage, but they were less greasy. They were a perfect compliment to our breakfast for dinner, and I think they would be great on a breakfast sandwich or as an alternative to bacon. It’s nice to see new products like this giving us more options!
