Vidalia Onion Sausage Dip
This smoked sausage dip is quick, easy and delicious. Need we say more?
Ingredients

(14 ounces) Johnsonville® Smoked Brat or Johnsonville® New Orleans cut lengthwise

chopped Vidalia onions

mayonnaise

shredded Swiss cheese

teaspoons
garlic powder

chopped jalapeno pepper, with seeds for heat

sliced jalapeno pepper, for garnish
Directions
Preheat oven to 375°F
In a large bowl, stir together the sausage, onion, mayonnaise, cheese, garlic powder, and pepper
Spray a deep dish pie plate with nonstick cooking spray; spoon sausage mixture into pie plate
Bake for 15-20minutes or until bubbly and golden brown
Garnish with jalapeno slices
Serve with crackers or vegetables
