Tailgating Sausage Dip
This spicy crowd favorite takes a mother-in-law’s 7-layer dip recipe to a whole new level. With just the right amount of kick, add this dip to any tailgate gathering and people will be begging to bring it again to the next game day party!

package (19 ounces) JOHNSONVILLE Hot & Spicy Brats or Grilling Chorizo

(8 ounces) cream cheese, room temperature

(8 ounces) guacamole

cumin

teaspoon
chili powder

(16 ounces) black beans, rinsed and drained

cup
salsa

shredded Mexican cheese blend, divided use

chopped tomatoes, divided

cup
sliced green onions, divided

jalapeno pepper, seeded and chopped

Directions

Preheat oven to 400°F.

Grill brats or chorizo sausage according to package directions.

In a large bowl, combine the cream cheese, guacamole, cumin and chili powder.

Stir in the black beans, salsa, 1 cup of cheese, ½ cup of tomatoes and ½ cup of green onions. Fold in sausage.

Spray a deep-dish pie plate with nonstick cooking spray. Spoon sausage mixture into pie plate.

Bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown.

Remove from oven, and sprinkle with jalapeno and remaining cheese, tomatoes and green onions.

Serve with warm tortilla chips.
