Summer Sausage with BLT Topping
Enjoy the flavors of a delicious BLT with the added bonus of Johnsonville Summer Sausage. This topping is a snap to make, using mayonnaise, whipped cream cheese and, of course, the BLT. Throw in Monterey Jack for some added goodness, and top it on a delicious slice of sausage. For the flavor fanatics, stack the slices for a double-decker or triple-decker taste explosion!

bacon, cooked and crumbled

Directions
In a bowl, combine the mayonnaise and cream cheese until smooth. Fold in the bacon, lettuce, tomato and cheese.
Spoon BLT mixture on top of sliced summer sausage.
