Southern Barbecue Sausage Wrap
Making this Johnsonville wrap is easy. The hard part is putting it down!
(14 ounces) JOHNSONVILLE® Beef Brat, cut lengthwise
medium red onion, sliced
green bell pepper, sliced
Marble Jack cheese or Cheddarella
(10-inch) tortilla shells
Preheat Panini press or large skillet over medium heat.
On each tortilla, place one slice of cheese, three sausage slices, 2 tablespoons coleslaw, onion and pepper. Top with another slice of cheese; folding in edges to wrap.
Place seam-side down in skillet over medium heat cooking 5-10 minutes or until golden brown; flip to brown other side. If using press, cook 5-10 minutes until golden brown.
Repeat with other tortilla shells.
Serve with barbecue sauce.
