Asian Sesame Pork with Mushrooms and Broccoli

uncooked soba noodles
fresh or frozen broccoli florets
sliced fresh mushrooms
Bring a large stock pot of salted water to a boil over high heat.
Add soba noodles and broccoli to boiling water; simmer for 3-5 minutes or until broccoli is crisp-tender.
Reserve ¼ cup of cooking liquid; drain noodle mixture and set aside.
In a large skillet, cook and crumble ground meat over medium heat until browned and fully cooked. Add mushrooms; cook and stir until tender.
Add noodle mixture to meat; toss to combine. Stir in reserved cooking liquid.
