Sausage Stuffed Mushrooms
Da Bomb!.I made these just yesterday but I did make a few adjustments. I didn't have parsley so I used cilantro. I also added a tsp of minced shallots and 1/3 cup of grated parmesan/Reggiano cheese to the cream cheese mixture. Then, I cooked them on my new Traeger grill which gave them a smokey flavor and it was absolutely amazing!! Can't wait to make them for friends and family once this pandemic is over! — Sylvia Cook
