Sausage Pimento Cheese Dip

(14 ounces) JOHNSONVILLE New Orleans Spicy Smoked Sausage Links, cut into bite-size pieces

(8 ounces) shredded Cheddar cheese

(4 ounces) diced pimiento, drained, divided; reserve 1 tablespoon for garnish

(8 ounces) cream cheese, room temperature

mayonnaise

finely chopped green onion; white portion only

Worcestershire sauce

mustard

Directions

Preheat oven to 350°F.

In a large bowl, stir together the cream cheese, mayonnaise, onion, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, hot sauce and pepper until smooth.

Fold in pimiento, cheese and sausage pieces.

Spray a deep-dish pie plate with nonstick cooking spray; spoon sausage mixture into pie plate.

Bake for 20 minutes or until bubbly and golden brown.

Garnish with reserved pimento and green onion tops.
