Sausage Chips and Honey Mustard Dip
A new breakthrough in chip and dip technology has arrived with the help of Johnsonville! Enjoy a sausage chip dipped into a delicious dip that will make other chips weep in shame. Add a favorite mayonnaise, honey or spicy brown mustard for a taste sensation that is fun, fresh and flavorful!

Directions

Place sausage in the freezer for 25 to 30 minutes.

Preheat oven to 300°F.

When sausage is firm, but not completely frozen, carefully cut, on a diagonal, into very thin slices.

Line two baking sheets with parchment paper; arrange sausage slices in a single layer on baking sheets.

Bake for 15 minutes; using tongs to turn slices over.

Bake 10 to 15 minutes longer or until lightly browned; drain on paper towels.

In a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise, mustard and honey.

Serve with sausage chips.
Air Fryer Directions

Preheat air fryer to 390ºF for 3 minutes.

Place half the sausage slices into preheated air fryer.
-
Cook at 390ºF for 5 minutes or until browned.

Repeat with remaining slices.
