Roasted Garlic and Chile Sausage Stromboli
(19 ounces) Johnsonville® Chile and Roasted Garlic Sausage
(11 ounces each) refrigerated thin pizza crusts
sliced roasted red peppers
(8 ounces) pizza cheese
grated Parmesan cheese
Preheat oven to 375°F.
Brown sausage in a skillet; drain.
On a work surface unroll pizza crusts; spread with pesto.
Sprinkle with sausage, peppers and pizza cheese evenly over the two pizza crusts. Roll up each crust jelly-roll style, starting on a long side. Pinch ends to seal.
Place both rolls on a parchment lined baking sheet.
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and basil.
Bake for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
Slice and serve.
