Roasted Garlic and Chile Dip
Step up your game with this Roasted Garlic and Chile Dip. Perfect for any tailgate party!
- 1 package
(10 ounces) diced tomatoes with green chilies, drained
(15 ounces) black beans, rinsed and drained
(8 ounces) cream cheese, cubed
Mexican cheese blend, divided
Fresh minced cilantro, optional
Preheat oven to 350ºF.
In an oven proof skillet, cook and crumble ground meat until browned and fully cooked.
Add the tomatoes, beans, cream cheese and ½ cup cheese.
Bake for 25 minutes or until heated through, stirring occasionally.
Sprinkle with remaining cheese; bake an additional 5 minutes or until melted.
Sprinkle with cilantro; serve with corn chips.
