Sausage, Cabbage and Noodle Skillet
This recipe is a quick variation on a traditional combination of sausage and cabbage. Simply sauté cabbage and onions, add prepared sausage and noodles to create a hearty dinner perfect for the whole family on St. Patrick's Day.

coarsely chopped cabbage

egg noodles, cooked according to package directions

Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
In a large skillet, prepare sausage according to package directions.
Cool slightly; cut into 1/2-inch pieces and set aside.
In a clean skillet over medium heat, cook and stir cabbage and onions in butter for about 5-7 minutes until tender.
Stir in prepared sausage, noodles and seasonings; heat through.
