Polish Kielbasa Turkey Sausage & Sweet Potato Skillet
This skillet sweet potato hash with sausage and vegetables is a filling, savory, healthy meal for any time of the day.

(13.5 ounces) JOHNSONVILLE Polish Kielbasa Turkey Rope Sausage, cut into bias-slice pieces

tablespoons vegetable oil

cloves garlic, minced

chopped onion

yellow peppers, chopped

sweet potatoes, diced or spiraled

water

Salt and pepper, to taste

1/2 cup feta cheese, toasted pine nuts and green onions, to garnish

Directions

In a large skillet, cook and stir the garlic, onions and pepper in oil over medium heat until tender; about 5 minutes.

Add sausage; stirring occasionally and cook an additional 5 minutes.

Add sweet potatoes and water.

Cover skillet and cook until tender.

Sprinkle the cheese, toasted pine nuts and green onions over sausage mixture.
