(19 ounces) JOHNSONVILLE® Original Bratwurst, casings removed

butter

medium onions, chopped

cups
celery, chopped

cup
green pepper, chopped

unseasoned bread stuffing, cubed

tsp.
rubbed sage

tbsp.
poultry seasoning

eggs, lightly beaten

chicken broth

Salt and pepper, to taste

In a large skillet, cook and crumble sausage over medium heat until browned and the internal temperature is 160°F; about 10 minutes. Drain if desired. Remove from skillet; set aside.

In the same skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Cook and stir the onions, celery and green peppers until tender; 5-7 minutes.

In an extra large mixing bowl, combine the sausage, vegetable mixture, bread stuffing and seasonings.

Add eggs and broth; toss gently.

Salt and pepper to taste. Spoon into a buttered 4-quart baking dish.

Cover with foil and bake at 325° for 60 minutes.

Uncover, bake 10 minutes longer or until lightly browned.
