Old Fashioned Italian Meatballs
Hearty meatballs like grandma used to make...but better!
package (16 ounces) JOHNSONVILLE® All Natural Fresh Italian Mild Ground Sausage
tablespoons olive oil
In a large bowl, combine the egg, milk and breadcrumbs.
Let stand for 3-4 minutes or until liquid is absorbed.
Add sausage; mix well.
Shape into meatballs.
In a large skillet, cook meatballs in olive oil over medium heat until browned and fully cooked; about 7-10 minutes.
