Directions

For the crust, combine the hash browns, butter, salt and pepper. Press onto the bottom and sides of a 9-inch pie plate. Bake at 375°F for 12 to 14 minutes or until lightly browned.

For the filling, cook sausage according to package directions; cut into ½-inch pieces and arrange on crust.

In a bowl, combine the eggs, cheese, milk, tomatoes, cilantro, salt and pepper.

Pour into crust. Sprinkle with bacon bits.

Bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until set.
