Mini Breakfast Pies
About this recipe
Individual breakfast pies with the perfect combination of savory Johnsonville® sausage mixed with sweet maple, peaches and cream cheese stuffed in a biscuit cup. Simply create individual breakfast pie cups by flattening and pressing canned biscuit dough into a cupcake/muffin tin. Fill each biscuit cup with breakfast pie filling (9oz. cooked, drained and crumbled Johnsonville® Vermont Maple Breakfast Sausage Patties mixed with 4 oz (1/2 package) softened cream cheese, 3 tablespoons maple syrup and 1 can of peaches, drained and diced). Top with a lattice pattern made with extra biscuit dough if desired. Bake at 350 degrees F for about 15-20 minutes or until top are golden brown. Enjoy!
