Korean BBQ Sheet Pan Dinner
JOHNSONVILLE® Korean BBQ Sausage, cut into 16 pieces
asparagus, cut into 2- inch pieces (about 2 cups)
(about 1-1/2 cups), peeled and thinly sliced
, cut into chunks
medium red onion
Toasted sesame seeds, optional
Preheat oven to 425°F.
In a bowl, combine the asparagus, carrots, red pepper, red onion and teriyaki sauce. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Line a 15-in. x 10-in. baking sheet with foil and spray with cooking spray.
Drain and discard marinade; place vegetables on prepared baking sheet.
Arrange sausage on pan. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until vegetables are crisp-tender and sausage is browned.
Sprinkle with sesame seeds, if desired.
