A 2012 Classic Cookoff winning recipe…This warm meaty dip made with Johnsonville Sausage will transform the next game day snack table! Tailgating, snacks and a great dip!

chopped tomatoes

onion dip

cup
guacamole

cup
refried beans

cup
cream cheese, softened

salsa

1
teaspoon
ground cumin

cup
black beans

chili peppers, diced

teaspoon
chili sauce

Mexican blend cheese

Jalapeno pepper slices, to garnish

Grape tomato halves, to garnish

Directions

Preheat oven to 400°F.

In a large skillet, cook and crumble sausage over medium heat until sausage is browned and the internal temperature is 160°F; about 10 minutes. Drain if desired; set aside.

In a large oven proof dish or skillet begin a layer of 1/2 sausage.

Add the chopped tomatoes, onion dip, guacamole, refried beans, cream cheese, salsa, cumin and black beans.

Top with the remaining sausage, chili peppers and chili sauce; sprinkle with cheese.

Bake at 400°F for 25 minutes.

Sprinkle with jalapeno peppers and tomatoes. Serve warm with chips and cold refreshments!
