Italian Skinny Sandwiches
This recipe takes Johnsonville’s Three-Cheese Italian Style Cooking Sausage and combines it with green pepper slices, Provolone cheese, Parmesan cheese and chipotle mayonnaise for a sandwich that packs a power punch when it comes to knocking out hunger. These skinny sandwiches are the perfect size for making your mouth happy.

green pepper, thinly sliced

chipotle mayonnaise

multigrain sandwich thin rolls

thin slices
provolone cheese

Parmesan cheese, shredded
Directions
In a skillet, sauté sausage and green pepper in oil until lightly browned.
Spread chipotle mayonnaise over cut sides of sandwich thin rolls.
Layer roll bottoms with the sausage, green peppers and provolone cheese. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
Replace roll tops.
