Italian Sausage Frittata
Combine vegetables and Johnsonville® Sausage in this frittata recipe for a delicious way to eat veggies for breakfast!
(19 oz.) Johnsonville® Italian Mild Sausage Links, cut coin-sized pieces
(8 oz.) broccoli, cauliflower and carrots, thawed and cooked
shredded Parmesan cheese
Cook sausage according to package directions; cool slightly, cut and return to skillet.
In a non-stick skillet, layer vegetables and sausage pieces.
In a bowl, combine eggs and basil; pour over sausage mixture and sprinkle with cheese.
Cover and cook over medium-low heat for 12-15 minutes or until eggs are set; cut into wedges.
