Italian Sausage Melt -- Sizzling Sausage Grill Recipe

Round loaf focaccia bread (14 ounces)

Butter, softened

Garlic Salt and Pepper to taste

Directions
Grill sausage on the Johnsonville Sizzling Sausage Grill (or your favorite cooking method). Let cool slightly; slice in half lengthwise.
Brush each side of cheese and tomato with balsamic reduction. Sprinkle tomatoes with garlic salt and pepper.
Slice focaccia in half horizontally; then cut into quarters to make 4 sandwiches.
Arrange tomatoes, cheese, basil and sausage on the bottom halves of each focaccia quarter; replace bread tops.
Spread butter over outside of sandwiches.
Grill on a panini press or in a skillet until cheese is melted.
