Hurry Up Biscuit Chicken Sausage Pot Pie

(14 ounces) JOHNSONVILLE® Chicken Sausage Cajun Style cut bite-sized pieces
frozen green peas & carrots, thawed
(10-3/4 ounce) cream of chicken soup
Salt and pepper, to taste
+ 3 tablespoons Bisquick mix
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Spray pie plate with nonstick cooking spray.
Layer the sausage, peas, carrots, and onion. Season with salt and pepper, if desired.
Spoon mixture evenly over vegetables.
In another bowl, stir together biscuit mix and milk; spoon dollops to cover mixture in pie plate.
Drizzle butter over topping.
Bake 35-40 minutes or until golden brown.
