Hot Italian Sausage and Shrimp with Asiago Grits
It is a staple for special occasions and guests.I have never had better and it is so delicious that it is requested for family dinner at my best friend's house when I go there to visit. I add a splash of white wine to help deglaze the pan and sometimes need to play with liquid a bit to make sure there is enough juice. I have used Italian and andouille and experimenting with goat cheese as well as the suggested Asiago and Parmesan. Loved them all. — Becki McKee
