Directions

Blend sour cream, spice and cilantro; set aside.

Grill brats according to package directions; set aside and keep warm.

Heat flour tortilla and spread 2 tablespoons sour cream mixture onto center of tortilla; top with 2 tablespoons salsa.

Place brat over sour cream mixture and salsa; top with 1 tablespoon each of the diced peppers, tomatoes and onions.

Sprinkle 1 ounce shredded pepper Jack cheese; roll up burrito style.
