(15 ounces) ricotta cheese

(10 ounces) shredded mozzarella cheese, divided

shredded Parmesan cheese

chopped fresh basil

Directions

Cook sausage according to package directions. Cool slightly; cut into 1/4-inch coin-slice pieces.

Preheat oven to 350ºF.

Cook pasta according to package directions; rinse and drain.

In a bowl, combine sausage and marinara sauce.

In another bowl, combine the eggs, ricotta, 1-½ cups of mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese and basil. Add pasta to cheese mixture; toss to coat.

In a greased 9x13-inch baking dish, layer one half of the pasta mixture and half of the meat sauce. Repeat layers.

Cover and bake for 30 minutes.

Sprinkle with remaining cheese.

Bake, uncovered, for 5-10 minutes or until cheese is melted.

Let stand for 15 minutes before serving.
