Easy Breakfast Pizza
The mad geniuses at Johnsonville have come up with a culinary creation that combines pizza and breakfast food. Soft scrambled eggs, hash browns, green onions and red bell pepper are covered with a melty layer of Parmesan, mozzarella and Cheddar cheeses that are topped with Johnsonville Vermont Maple Breakfast Sausage for a hint of sweetness. Pizza lovers have a new reason to get up in the morning!

eggs, lightly beaten

thin pizza crust, partially baked (12-inches)

Alfredo sauce

fresh grated Parmesan cheese

shredded mozzarella cheese

shredded Cheddar cheese

diced red bell peppers

Directions
Preheat oven to 400º F.
Cook sausage links according to package directions. Cut into 1/2-inch coin-slice pieces; set aside.
In a large skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Cook brown hash brown potatoes according to package directions until golden; set aside.
In a non-stick skillet, cook and gently stir eggs over medium heat until thoroughly cooked, but still moist; about 4 minutes and set aside.
To assemble pizza, spread Alfredo sauce evenly over crust.
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
Layer prepared hash browns over pizza; top with scrambled eggs.
Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese, Cheddar cheese, peppers and onions.
Bake at 400˚F until golden brown; 15 to 20 minutes.
