Cracked Black Pepper Beef Philly Sausage Hoagie
Hoagie rolls stuffed with sautéed sausage, onion and green pepper, then covered with melted cheese...this sandwich is full of flavor.
(13.5 ounces) JOHNSONVILLE® Cracked Black Pepper Beef Rope Sausage, cut into coin-slice pieces
small onion, thinly sliced
green pepper, thinly sliced
teaspoons minced garlic cloves
(8 ounces) Cheez Whiz
tablespoons olive oil
Salt and pepper, to taste
In a large skillet, cook and stir the sausage, onions and bell peppers in oil over medium heat until tender and browned; 6-8 minutes.
Add the garlic, salt and pepper.
Divide into 3 portions on hoagie buns.
Melt cheese according to package directions. Drizzle over sausage mixture in buns.
