package (16 ounces) JOHNSONVILLE Chorizo Ground Sausage

package (24 ounces) frozen waffle fries

large jalapeno pepper, sliced

mini sweet red pepper, sliced

mini sweet yellow pepper, sliced

small tomatoes, diced

can (2.25 ounces) black olives, drained

jar (8 ounces) Cheddar cheese sauce, heated

cup shredded Colby-Jack cheese

green onions, chopped

Directions

Bake waffle fries according to package directions on a baking sheet.

Meanwhile, in a skillet, cook and crumble sausage over medium heat until sausage is browned and the internal temperature is 160°F; about 10 minutes. Drain if desired. Set aside and keep warm.

Remove fries from oven. Layer with the sausage, peppers, tomatoes and black olives. Drizzle with cheese sauce.

Return baking sheet to hot oven and heat through for 5-7 minutes.

Sprinkle with Colby-Jack cheese and green onions.
