by Delly 6 years agoI love potatoes and sausage, so this was a neat way to combine both in one hearty meal! I served it warm and it also made great leftovers the next day! Just place on a fresh bed of lettuce.

by Renee 6 years agoJohnsonville sausages are great with potatoes! We have been slicing them and adding them to hash browns, cheesy potatoes and potato salads. I always keep some on hand for quick & easy dinners and they are always a big hit!

by Stephanie 6 years agoGood recipe. I was hesitant because the combination sounded a little strange but it was delicious. We really like spicy so always feel free to chop up a habenero and add it or just a pinch extra of cayenne. Overall Yum!
