In a 13-in. x 9-in. baking dish, combine the jambalaya rice mix, green pepper, tomato, water and oil; stir. Cover dish tightly with foil.
Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes or until rice is tender.
Uncover; stir rice mixture. Arrange sausage slices on top. Bake, uncovered, for 10 minutes or until sausage is heated through.
