Brat and Kraut Strudel
Great Flavors.made this tonight, first time ever using phyllo pastry sheets, they're a bit messy and flaky, I am thinking of trying this again but using the pastry cups and slicing the brats and mixing w/ the sauerkraut and filling the cups with the mixture. I also used muenster sliced cheese, it melts perfectly, I will line my cups up the sour cream mixture and slices of cheese and fold the cups over and sprinkle the seeds on top and bake....hope it works out because I really like the flavors of this recipe, but the pastry sheets are just too flaky and messy... — M Clark
