Beefy Skillet Bowtie Pasta
Not many dishes to wash with this easy to prepare skillet meal that features Johnsonville Beef Smoked Rope Sausage, roasted garlic and onion diced tomatoes, bow-tie pasta, spinach and pepper-Jack cheese, sprinkled with red pepper flakes.

package (13.5 ounces) JOHNSONVILLE® Beef Smoked Rope Sausage, cut into ½-inch coin-slice pieces

cups chicken broth

can (14.5 ounces) roasted garlic and onion diced tomatoes

cup uncooked bowtie pasta

cups spinach

cups shredded Cheddar-Jack cheese

teaspoon red pepper flakes, to garnish

In a large skillet, cook and stir sausage in oil over medium heat until browned; about 5 minutes. Remove from skillet; set aside.

Add the chicken broth; bring to a boil. Add pasta, lower heat and cook until liquid is absorbed and pasta is cooked through.

Stir in the sausage, tomatoes, spinach and cheese; stirring until cheese is melted.

Stir in cheese; stirring until cheese is melted.

Fold in the sausage, tomatoes and spinach.

Sprinkle with red pepper flakes.
