Taco Bean Burger
These extra easy taco bean burgers, made with Johnsonville® Original or Hot Taco Ground Pork Sausage, taste amazing and come together in minutes!


Ingredients

package (16 ounces) JOHNSONVILLE® Original Taco Ground Pork Sausage

cup black beans, rinsed and drained

slices pepper Jack cheese

brioche buns
-

tablespoons butter, melted
-
Leaf lettuce
-
2
medium tomatoes, sliced

1
avocado, sliced

Guacamole

Tortilla chips

Directions

In a bowl, combine sausage and black beans; form into 4 patties. Grill or fry sausage over medium heat until sausage is browned and the internal temperature is 160°F; about 10 minutes. Top with cheese; cook until melted.

Brush cut sides of buns with butter; toast under a broiler or in a skillet.

Layer the lettuce, burger, tomato and avocado onto bun bottoms; add bun tops.

Serve with guacamole and tortilla chips.
