Southwest Nachos
Guests will go crazy with this cheesy nacho appetizer loaded with chunks of Johnsonville® Garden & Grill Southwest Sausage. Don’t worry about the chip bowl…they’re baked right in the pan!
Ingredients

package (16 ounces) JOHNSONVILLE® Garden & Grill Southwest Sausage

cups tortilla chips

jar (15 ounces) salsa con queso

cups diced fresh tomatoes

avocados, peeled and diced (optional)

cup sliced pickled jalapenos

cup crumbled Cotija cheese
Directions
Cook sausage according to package directions. Cool slightly and cut ¼-inch coin-sized pieces; set aside and keep warm.
On a large shallow serving dish, arrange tortilla chips.
Heat salsa con queso per product directions; drizzle over chips.
Top with the sausage pieces, tomatoes, avocados, jalapenos and Cotija cheese.
