package (16 ounces) JOHNSONVILLE All Natural Fresh Italian Hot Ground Sausage
tablespoon olive oil
small onion, diced
cloves garlic, minced
can (28 ounces) crushed tomatoes with juice
tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
Salt and pepper, to taste
In a large skillet, cook and crumble the sausage, olive oil, onions, paprika, salt and pepper over medium heat until browned and the internal temperature is 160°F; about 10 minutes.
Add garlic; cook and stir for 2 minutes.
Add tomatoes; cook and stir over medium-low heat for 5-8 minutes.
Crack eggs over skillet; cover and cook eggs until desired doneness.
Sprinkle with parsley.
In the Multi-Cooker, cook and crumble sausage in oil on sauté setting, add onions and garlic, cooking until sausage is browned and internal temperature is 160°; about 10 minutes.
Add tomatoes and paprika.
Secure lid on pot and close pressure-release valve.
Select manual-high pressure cook for 2 minutes; use quick pressure release to depressurize.
Crack eggs onto tomato and sausage mixture; secure lid on pot and close pressure-release valve.
Select manual-high pressure cook for 1 minute; use quick pressure release to depressurize.
