Sausage Strips Wrapped Scallops
The combination of Johnsonville Sausage Strips™ and scallops are a snap to prepare for an impressive presentation for party guests.


Ingredients

package (12 ounces) JOHNSONVILLE Original Sausage Strips™

pound 10/20 sized scallops, thawed

cup prepared sriracha ranch dressing

ounces arugula
-
Olive oil
-
Salt and pepper, to taste

Toothpicks

Soak toothpicks in water for 30 minutes.

Thaw scallops and pat dry; sprinkle with salt and pepper.

Wrap individual scallops with one sausage strip and secure with toothpick.

Brush scallops with olive oil; place on lined baking sheet.

Broil in oven until desired doneness; 6-8 minutes, or grill for 6-8 minutes or until desired doneness.

Toss arugula with dressing.

Serve over bed of arugula with extra dressing on the side.
