Salt Lick™ BBQ Sausage and Shrimp Kabobs
package (12 ounces) JOHNSONVILLE® Cracked Black Pepper Beef Rope Sausage or Smoked Beef Brats, cut ½-inch coin-sized pieces
pounds medium shrimp (16/20 count), peeled and deveined
cup Salt Lick™ Honey Pecan BBQ Sauce
tablespoons fresh minced parsley
limes, cut into wedges
metal skewers or wooden skewers, soaked in water
Preheat grill to medium-low heat.
Place sausage pieces in the center of shrimp and thread on skewers.
Grill for 3 minutes; turn and brush with BBQ sauce.
Brushing occasionally with sauce, cook until shrimp are pink and sausage is heated through; an additional 3-4 minutes.
Sprinkle with parsley and drizzle with lime juice.
