packages (16 ounces each) JOHNSONVILLE® Salt & Pepper Ground Pork Sausage

tablespoon canola oil

1/2
cup chopped purple onion

cup chopped red and green bell peppers

teaspoon chopped fresh thyme leaves

cloves garlic, minced

tablespoons Worcestershire sauce

1/2
cup plus 2 tablespoons ketchup

cup plain dry breadcrumbs

eggs, beaten

Preheat oven to 375°F.

In a skillet, cook and stir the onions, peppers, thyme and garlic in oil over medium heat until tender; about 3-5 minutes.

Remove from heat, add Worcestershire and 2 tablespoons ketchup

In a large bowl, combine the sausage, onion mixture, breadcrumbs and eggs; mix with clean hands or a wooden spoon to combine.

Form into a loaf. Spray a loaf pan with cooking spray; place loaf in pan and spread ½ cup ketchup evenly on top or form a loaf on a parchment lined baking sheet; spread ½ cup ketchup evenly on top.

Bake until internal temperature reads 160°F; about 60 minutes.
