Ingredients

package (16 ounces) JOHNSONVILLE® Salt & Pepper Ground Pork Sausage

pound Yukon gold potatoes, diced

tablespoons olive oil

medium red bell pepper, diced

1
small red onion, sliced
-
2
cloves garlic, minced
-
2
teaspoons fresh minced sage

Shredded Cheddar cheese, to garnish

In a skillet, cook and crumble sausage over medium heat until sausage is browned and the internal temperature is 160°F; about 10 minutes. Drain if desired. Remove and keep warm.

In the same skillet, cook and stir potatoes in olive oil; about 10 minutes. Add the pepper, onion and garlic; cook and stir until potatoes are tender; about 10 minutes.

Return sausage to the skillet, add sage. Cook and stir until heated through.

Sprinkle with cheese.
