Southern Style BBQ Chili
For quick and easy assembly, premeasure spices and chop veggies ahead of time then add Johnsonville® Sweet & Spicy BBQ Seasoned Sausage to make a hearty chili that will warm from the inside out. Serve with warm cornbread.
Ingredients

package (19 ounces) JOHNSONVILLE® Sweet Southern Style BBQ Seasoned Sausage, casings removed

package (10 ounces) frozen corn

medium onion, chopped

can (14.5 ounces) diced tomatoes

can (14.5 ounces) baked beans

can (8 ounces) tomato sauce

tablespoon chili powder

teaspoon cumin

Shredded Cheddar cheese, to garnish

Sliced green onions, to garnish
Directions
In a large skillet, cook and crumble sausage over medium heat until sausage is browned and the internal temperature is 160°F; about 10 minutes. Drain if desired.
Add remaining ingredients; bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer for 10 minutes or until heated through.
Garnish with cheese and green onions; serve with cornbread.
