Load up the CanCooker with JOHNSONVILLE® Sausage, ears of corn, red potatoes and crawfish; let it boil and dig in! A perfect meal for a camp outing or family picnic.


Ingredients

package (19 ounces) JOHNSONVILLE® Blackened Cajun & Cheddar Sausage, prepared according to package directions; cut into bias-sliced chunks OR
1 package (13.5 ounces) JOHNSONVILLE® Andouille Smoked Rope Sausage, cut into bias-sliced chunks

cups water

pounds baby red potatoes, halved

ears corn, cut into thirds

tablespoons Old Bay Seasoning®

bag (3 ounces) shrimp and crab boil seasoning

lemons, halved

pounds live crawfish, rinsed

Directions

Place rack in CanCooker; add water.

Top with the potatoes, corn, Old Bay Seasoning®, seasoning bag and lemons; cover and cook on medium heat for 40 minutes

Add sausage; cover and cook for 5-7 minutes until heated through.

Add crawfish; cover and cook for 5 minutes until crawfish are deep red.

Serve with additional seasoning.
