Ingredients

package (19 ounces) JOHNSONVILLE® Original Bratwurst, casings removed

garlic clove, finely chopped

small onion, chopped

cup matchstick carrots

bag (16 ounces) tri-colored coleslaw mix

cup soy sauce

In a large skillet, cook and crumble sausage over medium heat until sausage is browned and the internal temperature is 160°F; about 10 minutes. Drain if desired.

Add the oil, garlic, ginger and onion; cook and stir about 4 minutes.

Add the carrots, coleslaw mix, soy sauce and sriracha; mix ingredients together. Cover and cook, stirring occasionally; about 5 minutes.

Serve in bowl garnished with green onions and sesame seeds.
