Enchilada Dip
The basic ingredients for this quick and easy dip won't break the bank when preparing for family and friends at a camp site, tailgate party or family celebration. Thanks to the wonderful flavor of JOHNSONVILLE'S® spicy sausage this craveable dip is scrumptious when served with crunchy chips.
Ingredients

package (16 ounces) JOHNSONVILLE® Chorizo Ground Sausage

can (16 ounces) refried beans

can (15 ounces) black beans, rinsed and drained

can (10 ounces) enchilada sauce

can (4 ounces) diced green chilies

Corn chips

TOPPINGS:

Shredded Cheddar cheese

Sliced green onion

Diced tomato
Directions
In a CanCooker, cook and crumble ground meat over medium heat until browned and fully cooked.
Add the refried beans, black beans, enchilada sauce and green chilies; cook and stir occasionally until heated through.
Serve with corn chips and garnish with the cheese, green onion and tomato.
Multi-Cooker Directions
In the Multi-Cooker, cook and crumble sausage on sauté setting until sausage is browned and internal temperature is 160°F.
Add the refried beans, black beans, enchilada sauce and green chilies; stir to combine.
Secure lid on pot and close pressure-release valve.
Select manual-low pressure setting for 1 minute.
Use quick pressure release to depressurize.
Serve with corn chips and garnish with the cheese, green onions and tomatoes.
