4 Peppers Brat Hot Tub
Add to the greatness of a perfectly warmed brat with some sweet heat! This 4 Peppers Brat Hot Tub adds just enough kick to keep guests wanting more.
- 2 packages
red onion, halved and sliced
each red, orange and yellow bell pepper, cut into strips
jalapeno pepper, sliced
heavy duty foil baking pan (10x14-inches x 3-inches)
Place foil baking pan over medium heat on a gas or charcoal grill, add butter. Grill until butter is melted.
Add vegetables; cover with foil and cook 20 minutes, stirring occasionally until vegetables are tender. Add chicken broth; hold, uncovered on grill.
Prepare brats according to package directions.
When brats are cooked, place into brat tub.
Serve each brat with peppers and onions on a bun.
Multi-Cooker Preparation: Cut the recipe in half. In the Multi-Cooker, brown sausage on saute’ setting for 10 minutes; turning half-way through. Remove from multi-cooker. Add the butter, peppers and onions to Multi-Cooker. Cook and stir on sauté setting for 5 minutes. Return sausage to Multi-Cooker, add broth or marinara sauce. Secure lid on pot and close pressure-release valve. Select manual high pressure setting for 3 minutes, use quick release to depressurize.
