Cooking Directions

Stovetop
Always thaw product prior to cooking. To ensure product is cooked thoroughly, use a cooking or meat thermometer to make sure sausage has reached an internal temperature of 160°F.
 
  1. Heat skillet to medium; add patties.
  2. Cook for 10-12 minutes or until sausage is cooked through and browned, turning patties often.


     

 

Reheating

  1. Medium temperature in a covered pan for 8-10 minutes.
