Needs no pork or beef!.I was happy to find a turkey brat, but incredibly frustrated that it is in a pork casing. My boyfriend is allergic to beef and pork. Not everyone wants turkey due to trying to save fat or calories. Just make it with a different casing, please! — Jessy

I was happy to find a turkey brat, but incredibly frustrated that it is in a pork casing. My boyfriend is allergic to beef and pork. Not everyone wants turkey due to trying to save fat or calories. Just make it with a different casing, please!

Great product!

Absolutely delicious, darn near as good as the original brats and surprisingly juicy for turkey! For half the fat (I can now eat twice as many!), these are a winner. We had some friends over last night and everyone loved them! I can’t wait to try them in a beer bath. I hope these are not a limited release item because they are going to be my new “go to”.

So disappointing...

I'm a local Wisconsin girl and have a true love for Johnsonville products. However, due to personal reasons I no longer consume any kind of pork. I was thrilled to see a Turkey brat and breakfast sausage option come out, but disappointed to see that natural hog casings are being used. Come on Johnsonville! You could make Kosher sausage!
