Chorizo Ground Sausage
Native Texan says - Best Ever Chorizo. I just found this at my local Kroger and I'm sure glad I did. I've eaten pork Chorizo my entire adult life from restaurants to store bought cook at home types. I've had good, pretty good, bad and awful over the years. And I will rate this as the best. Much more lean than others I've tried, and without the usual salivary glands and other mystery ingredients. I pan fry what I thing will be enough, stir in some eggs and serve with warm tortillas. I'm not sure how long Johnsonville has been producing Chorizo, but I certainly hope the word gets out to other retailers. Try it, I think you will be very satisfied with the taste.
