Andouille Chicken Rope Sausage
Better than pork andouille!. This is healthier than pork - but it is also tastier! I love this sausage! I like others cannot find the product anymore. Publix carried it & I have special ordered from them & still not received (it has been months). My gumbo is not the same without this sausage. These products are fully cooked and ready to eat out of the package or be prepared to your liking!
- Place sausage in a skillet.
- Add 1/2-inch of water.
- Bring to a boil; reduce heat to low.
- Cover and simmer for 8-10 minutes or until heated through, turning links once.
