SMOKED SAUSAGE AND SPAGHETTI SKILLET DINNER

Ingredients

  • 1 package (13.5 ounces) JOHNSONVILLE Smoked Rope Sausage, cut into 1/2-inch bias-slice pieces or 1 package (10 ounces) JOHNSONVILLE Original Smoked Sausage Slices
  • 1 package (8 ounces) spaghetti, cooked and drained
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 package (8 ounces) fresh mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups grape tomatoes, cut in half
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped

Cooking Instructions

  1. In a skillet, cook and stir sausage in oil over medium heat until browned; 3-4 minutes.
  2. Add the mushrooms, garlic and seasonings. Continue to cook until vegetables are tender.
  3. Stir in the tomatoes, basil and prepared pasta.
  4. Toss lightly; heat through.
